Shipping, T&C's and Returns


PAYMENTS

All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Payments to be made through credit card or Paypal via checkout.
For pickups - orders must be paid in full before collection.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once your order is placed, no returns or refunds are given unless there's a error on Cardique's end.

CUSTOM ORDERS
If custom artwork has been sent for approval prior to cancellation, Cardique will not refund the custom design fee.

All CUSTOM ARTWORK provided to you will be used as proofing before full production. If all artwork is approved, production will occur within 2 business days. If there are any errors reported post production, Cardique cannot make changes or produce a new item, unless the revised item is requested as a new order.

CUSTOM ARTWORK cannot be used, sold, or shared by you, the consumer, or by a third party. Cardique holds all intellectual property rights to all custom artwork.

If you need an item by a certain date, please send me an message nancy@cardique.com.au if it can be accommodated before purchasing.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Should your item arrive damaged - please notify us within 2 days of delivery
and provide photo of damaged item and box to be considered for a replacement. 

Cardique will not be liable for any damaged goods arrived by a third party for any international orders, no refund or replacementt will be made

SHIPPING

All orders are sent through Australia Post, on rare occasion other sub contractor couriers may be used.
Orders are processed between 2-5 business days for cutting, printing or custom work.
This does not include postage time.
Acrylic Cake toppers require a longer process and will be done within 10 business days
Stock items may be sent within 1-2 business days
If you have a mixed of custom and stock items, your order will be sent within the custom time frame.
Should you require your order within 5-7 days - Express Postage Option must be purchased upon checkout.
